We are a fried chicken Joint. We where created and brought to life by 2 dudes. 1 being Dallas chef Joshua Harmon. Who has opened multiple award winning restaurants and was Eater Chef of the year in 2017. The other being Adrian Hulet, Lover of all things fried chicken, man about town & Frankenkitchen proprietor. Our food has been described as southern with kirean influences. slinging things like fried chicken wings with gochujang glaze, chicken nuggies and even fried chicken steam buns. Did we say fried chicken? With all the killer sides, like mac and kimcheese or our korean deviled eggs!!! BirdieBop is fried chicken done right. Nostalgia and adventure all in one finger licking experience. Where not selling salmon of capastrana, we dont sell donuts or soup de jour. We sell fine fried chicken. And fried chicken accessories.
